  • What health insurance do you accept?

Our practice participates in the provider networks of the following plans. If you have a valid insurance card, we will be happy to file your claim with these companies:

  • How do I refill my prescriptions?

Our office is happy to refill prescriptions during business hours.

We do not fill or call in prescriptions after hours or over the weekend. If you are running low and/or don't think you can make it through the night or weekend, call us during business hours.

  • What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


  • What should I bring to my first appointment?
  • Current Insurance Card
  • Completed Patient Information Form
  • Completed Medical and Social History Form
  • If relevant, test results and reports from other physicians
  • Completed Release of Medical Records Form (optional)

Impact Orthopaedics, P.A. is located on the campus of Duke Raleigh Hospital, just off the Wake Forest Road Exit (Exit 10) of I-440. Free and convenient parking is available along the side of our building or in the adjacent parking deck.

Enter the Duke Raleigh Hospital campus at the main entrance, and turn right. Our office building, Medical Office Building (MOB) 6, is the first building on the left. You can enter our office either through the main door of MOB 6 or through our own private entrance under the blue awning on the right side of the building.

Major access roads

From Cary and points south: take US 1 North to the Inner Beltline (I-440, heading toward Wake Forest. At Exit 10, Wake Forest Road, turn left. The entrance to Duke Raleigh Hospital is on your right.

From Johnston County and points east: take I-40 West to the Outer Beltline (I-440, heading toward Sanford). At Exit 10, Wake Forest Road, turn right. The entrance to Duke Raleigh Hospital is on your right.
