Driving Directions:Impact Orthopaedics, P.A. is located on the campus of Duke Raleigh Hospital, just off the Wake Forest Road Exit (Exit 10) of I-440.Free and convenient parking is available along the front and right side of our building and in the adjacent parking deck (P1).
Enter the Duke Raleigh Hospital campus at the main entrance, and turn right. Our office building, Medical Office Building (MOB) 6, is the first building on the left. Turn left between MOB 6 and the P1 parking deck. Our front door has a blue canopy with our logo on it.

Take US 1 North to the Inner Beltline (I-440, heading toward Wake Forest). At Exit 10, Wake Forest Road, turn left. The entrance to Duke Raleigh Hospital is on your right.FROM JOHNSTON COUNTY AND POINTS EAST: Take I-40 West to the Outer Beltline (I-440, heading toward Sanford).
